Barrie & Hibbert, named best provider of Economic Capital & Scenario Generation in Life & Pensions magazine’s Insurance Rankings Survey 2009, releases a further improved version of the award winning software. Essential for modelling risk across a range of business applications such as:

  • Market-Consistent Liability Valuation – Solvency II Technical Provisions, MCEV
  • 1-year VaR Projections – Solvency II SCR, Economic Capital
  • Multi-Year Projections – Run-off Capital, Asset Allocation, Business Planning

This release also includes, enhanced inflation modelling, additional risk factors in real-world projections, an increased number of assets classes and the addition of sophisticated rebalancing strategies. Enhancements have also been made to the technology platform, improving the ease of integration with other operating systems and Application Programming Interface (APIs). Notably 32bit and 64bit operating systems and all Microsoft supported operating systems.
