Barrie & Hibbert is hosting its inaugural insurance conference on 6 November. The event, to be held at the London Stock Exchange, promises to provide guests with valuable insights in to capital and solvency issues and the opportunity to share views with others in the industry. Among the expert speakers, John Hibbert will be discussing the liquidity premium in Solvency II, and also market consistency. Other speakers will cover the role of scenarios for economic capital and Solvency II; methods available for calculating the solvency capital requirement; and the use of stochastic models for communication and design of insurance products.
