The Barrie & Hibbert UK With-Profit Risk Survey aims to provide industry participants with a fuller understanding of the current market risk profiles of the industry’s major with-profit funds, and how strategies are being implemented to mitigate and manage such risks. This is achieved by collecting anonymous submissions from the UK’s leading with-profit funds of their Realistic Balance Sheets under a number of specified market risk stress test scenarios. These results provide insights into the range of risk profiles and associated risk management strategies currently present across the industry.
