Recruitment Process

Our typical recruitment process involves two stages:

First Stage

Firstly, you’ll be interviewed by the recruiting manager within Barrie & Hibbert -- this meeting will involve a technical set of questions to understand if your skills are the right match for the role. We’ll then decide if we’d like to progress you through to the next stage.

Second Stage

At the second stage interview, the recruiting manager, team members and other key members of the business will get involved. You’ll also meet with HR at this stage. We’ll ask you to complete a psychometric report ahead of this interview, which will help us to understand your working style and key drivers. We’ll ask a mixture of technical, competency and values based questions. We might also ask you to present on a technical topic, which will further test your knowledge and understanding of Barrie & Hibbert.
