Training and Development
We offer a working environment which encourages the continuous learning and development of our people. We’re committed to investment in our staff to achieve both business and personal goals. When you join Barrie & Hibbert, you’ll take part in a full Company Induction within the first six weeks of joining which involves briefings with a variety of people and teams. There’s also a structured appraisal process for setting clear objectives and you’ll have regular reviews with your manager throughout the year. This will give you the opportunity to develop in the way you want to. You’ll be able to get involved in technical skills training (internal and external), team development and further study.
